Spin & Tone
Spin element: cardiovascular workout that takes place on a special stationary bike. It is a group exercise program in which participants work at their individual fitness levels, within the parameters of specifically designed class formats.
Tone element: Using high reps of low weights for that ultimate toning effect for an excellent all over body workout.
